Since I am going to move out at the beginning of March, the Böheim-WG is now looking for a new roommate: in.
The room is bright through the large window in the quiet backyard. It has high ceilings and especially through the archery a beautiful cut.
Due to the high ground floor, the room is not directly on the ground floor.

Durch das große Fenster in den ruhigen Hinterhof ist das Zimmer schön hell. Es hat hohe Decken und besonders durch die Bogennischen einen schönen Schnitt.
Durch das Hochparterre liegt das Zimmer nicht direkt auf Erdgeschosshöhe.
Im Zimmer bleiben: Deckenlampe & Schreibtischstuhl & Schreibtisch (wenn du möchtest). Außerdem haben wir eine Tischplatte, die man in die Nische vor das Fenster klemmen könnte.
Die 570€ sind eine warme Pauschalmiete, die nach einem Jahr immer um 10€ monatlich erhöht wird. Das heißt es kommen keine weiteren Strom-/ Gas-/ Wasser-Kosten auf dich zu und auch kein Abschlag. :)
Für WLAN zahlen wir 10€ pro Person, der Vertrag läuft über Tamy.
Zur Wohnung gehören eine schöne vollausgestattete Küche, die auf den Balkon hin führt, der auch zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet ist. Dusche und Toilette sind getrennt und im Flur haben wir uns einen kleinen Sitzbereich gemacht wo man zusammen was trinken kann wenn es auf dem Balkon zu kalt ist.
Im Keller sind die Waschmaschine und Stauraum.
Für die Möbel in den Gemeinschaftsräumen und die Küchenausstattung fällt ein Abschlag von 200€ an.
