The central location on the Olgaeck is unbeatable. The castle square can be reached on foot in 6 minutes, to the
Public it is only 2 minutes and if you want to have a nice view, you can also reach the Eugensplatz or the Teehaus relatively fast. All shops of daily use (Edeka, Lidl) can be reached with few steps.
If you know the Café Moody, you even have a bar directly opposite. If you want to visit another bar or run Bar Hopping you are very fast in town. There is also a diner around the corner for only 6 euros.

Die zentrale Lage am Olgaeck ist unschlagbar. Den Schlossplatz erreicht man zu Fuß in 6 Minuten, zu den
Öffentlichen sind es nur 2 Minuten und wenn man eine schöne Aussicht haben möchte, erreicht man den Eugensplatz oder das Teehaus ebenfalls relativ schnell. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Gebrauchs (Edeka, Lidl) sind mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen.
Sofern man das Café Moody kennt, hat man sogar eine Bar direkt gegenüber. Sollte man doch mal gerne eine andere Bar besuchen wollen oder Bar Hopping betreiben ist man sehr schnell in der Stadt. Zudem gibt es um die Ecke noch eine Döner für nur 6 Euro.

Your new roommates are Dani, Louis and Tobi. We are all three in the final stages of our Bachelor and Master's studies and work alongside them as working students.

The WG is very simple and open. In the evening, cooking is often combined in the kitchen and exchanges over the day. For a trip to the city, to a relaxed beer in a bar, a good coffee or a club visit you can also always have.

Common Gym sessions, Mario Kart or series evenings are also on the program. In the spring / summer, a joint round of table tennis or chill out in the interior courtyard of the building will also jump occasionally.
Basically, we are not a purpose WG and living together is important to us. Everything according to the motto can, nothing has to.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Dani, Louis und Tobi. Wir alle drei sind noch in den letzten Zügen unseres Bachelor- bzw. Masterstudiums und arbeiten nebenbei als Werkstudenten.

Die WG ist sehr unkompliziert und offen. Oft kommt man abends zum Kochen in der Küche zusammen und tauscht sich über den Tag aus. Für einen Abstecher in die Stadt, zu einem entspannten Bier in ner Bar, einem guten Kaffee oder auch einem Club-Besuch ist man ebenfalls immer zu haben.

Gemeinsame Gym-Sessions, Mario Kart oder Serien-Abende stehen hin und wieder auch auf dem Programm. Im Frühling / Sommer springt dann auch hin und wieder eine gemeinsame Runde Tischtennis oder chillen im Innenhof des Gebäudes bei raus.
Grundsätzlich sind wir keine Zweck-WG und das Zusammenleben ist uns wichtig. Alles nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss.

Since Javi worked with Dani as the main tenant, we are looking for someone who would take this. (Don't worry, there aren't many tasks. Our landlords are very relaxed and a simple contact via mail/telephone is done quickly.)

It would be nice if you were to tell something about you (what you do, what hobbies you have, previous WG experience and everything else you consider important). You can also add links to social media.

Da Javi zusammen mit Dani als Hauptmieter tätig war, suchen wir jemanden, der dies übernehmen würde. (Keine Sorge, es fallen nicht viele Aufgaben an. Unsere Vermieter sind sehr entspannt und ein einfacher Kontakt per Mail/Telefon ist schnell getätigt.)

Es wäre schön wenn du etwas über dich erzählen würdest (was du machst, welche Hobbies du hast, bisherige WG-Erfahrung und alles was du sonst als wichtig erachtest). Links zu Social Media sind kannst du auch gerne auch dazugeben.
