I move out of my WG room at 01.04 and look for a rental until 31.08.2025. The room is located in B91, i.e. a student residence – so only students can move in. The room is already furnished.

The WG is a purpose WG because the roommates change every three months. My two roommates also study, but we don't do much together. If you want to do something, it's possible, of course.

The location is great: Directly in front of the front door the 44 bus departs, with which you are at the Killesberg in only 7 minutes. There is a DM, Alnatura, Edeka, Aldi and other shopping facilities. A small supermarket (CAP) is within a 5-minute walk. The main railway station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot – so really great!

Wi-Fi has to be booked separately and costs 25 € every three months.

And another plus: The view from the kitchen is simply a dream!

ich ziehe zum 01.04. aus meinem WG-Zimmer aus und suche einen Untermieter bis zum 31.08.2025. Das Zimmer befindet sich im B91, also einem Studentenwohnheim – daher können nur Studenten einziehen. Das Zimmer ist bereits möbliert.

Die WG ist eine Zweck-WG, da die Mitbewohner alle drei Monate wechseln. Meine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen studieren ebenfalls, aber wir unternehmen nicht viel zusammen. Falls man doch mal etwas machen möchte, ist das aber natürlich möglich.

Die Lage ist super: Direkt vor der Haustür fährt der 44er Bus ab, mit dem man in nur 7 Minuten am Killesberg ist. Dort gibt es einen DM, Alnatura, Edeka, Aldi und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein kleiner Supermarkt (CAP) ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar – also wirklich top gelegen!

WLAN muss separat dazugebucht werden und kostet 25 € alle drei Monate.

Und noch ein Pluspunkt: Die Aussicht aus der Küche ist einfach ein Traum!
