I'm looking for a new renter or a new tenant for my WG room right next to the Stuttgart city centre. You can move on April 1st.
The room is rented furnished and the additional costs (fill, water, housekeeping) are included. In addition, there are only costs for radio fees, electricity and WLAN of about 30€ per month. ich suche eine neue Mieterin oder einen neuen Mieter für mein WG-Zimmer direkt neben der Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Einziehen kannst du zum 1. April.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet und die Nebenkosten (Müll, Wasser, Hausverwaltung) sind inklusive. Zusätzlich fallen nur noch Kosten für Rundfunkgebühren, Strom und WLAN von ca 30€ pro Monate an. Durch die Dachschräge werden dir zwar nur 11qm berechnet, allerdings hat das Zimmer eine größere Grundfläche von ca 15qm. Die Dachschräge ist allerdings nicht störend und man bekommt wenig Gelegenheit sich den Kopf zu stoßen. Durch die hohe Dachschräge und das große Fenster ist es hier schön hell und man kann das Zimmer auch toll nutzen.
In der WG haben wir eine Regendusche, eine große Spülmaschine und einen Waschtrockner (Waschmaschine und Trockner in einem), der im Badezimmer steht.
In der WG haben wir zudem viel Stauraum im Flur, im Bad, der Küche und der Garderobe.
Wir haben eine optimale Bus- und Bahnanbindung, sind damit in 4 Min. am Hauptbahnhof & brauchen zu Fuß auch nur knapp 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt.

Die beiden würden sich über eine neue Mitbewohnerin freuen, die auch offen und kommunikativ ist und gerne mal etwas gemeinsam macht.
