Attention all flatmate seekers! A spacious room of approximately 30m² is available starting April 1st in a 170m² apartment located in the heart of the city. The room boasts three windows with a beautiful view of the Wilhelma and will be handed over unfurnished.
The apartment features a modern bathroom with cabinets, both a shower and bathtub, a large wooden kitchen with plenty of space for cooking with big 5 induction plates and a reliable dishwasher, oven and microwave, a common hall for dinner and Football & Netflix nights, and two additional rooms - one used as a laundry room with a washing machine and the other as a guest room with a bed and shelf. The apartment also includes a spacious hallway with built-in cabinets for storage and a great space for hosting events like darts, beer pong, and flunky ball.

Our apartment is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation. The subway stops (Rosensteinbrücke) of the U14 and U13 or U16 can be easily reached on foot in less than 1 minutes, and buses are also available here. The U14 takes just 10 minutes to get to the city center. The S-Bahn station "Bad Cannstatt" can also be reached on foot in 6-10 minutes, providing great connections in all directions with the S1, S2, and S3 and the regional trains.
For those who prefer to drive, the apartment is immediately accessible from the B10. With a resident parking permit, parking in the immediate vicinity of the apartment is not a problem, and for those who need it, a parking space in the yard can also be rented through the landlady.
Shopping for groceries, clothes, and more is also a breeze with shopping facilities easily reachable on foot or by train in a very short time.
The location also offers plenty of leisure activities in the immediate vicinity, including nearby green spaces such as Rosensteinpark, Schlosspark, and Max-Eyth-See, where you can enjoy beach volleyball at the city beach, visit the stadium in the Mercedes-Benz Arena, or go walk, inline skating or on bicycle tours along the Neckar River.
Unfortunately, one of our flatmate Edson(he) is moving out with his girlfriend from 1st April. However, the remaining flatmates are excited to welcome new additions to the household.
Currently, the flatmates include Jonas, who works in Fraunhofer studies Media Informatics at the University of Stuttgart, and Ashutosh from Mumbai, India, who is already fluent in German and works as a Software Tester in FEV.io (He will be moving out soon). And Finally me (Shubham /Shubh) from India, who understand German(B1), but fluently speaks in English, Hindi, Marathi. I work as a DevOps Engineer at Robert Bosch GmbH, in Feuerbach.
With everyone working during the day, the atmosphere in the apartment is quiet. In the evenings, the flatmates often like to spend time together, cooking together, playing games, watching TV, having beers or just chatting. On weekends, we enjoy doing different things together like trips, bouldering, cycling, rollerblading, and sometimes partying in the city or just relaxing in the shared flat.
