Jeder kann hier in Ruhe arbeiten, hat viel Platz zum Kochen und die Küche bietet auch immer die Möglichkeit für einen netten Plausch.
Ansonsten geht jeder seinen Aufgaben und seinen Interessen nach.
Wichtig ist Sauberkeit von Küche, Bad, Toilette und eigenem Zimmer.
Das Haus hat einen Energieausweis, d.h. der nachhaltige Umgang mir Energie ist den Hausbewohnern wichtig.
Das Zimmer eignet sich für Studierende und Berufstätige.
Eine längerfristige Vermietung ziehe ich vor.
