In our mixed WG, from 15.02.2025 a 16sqm room is released, as Sophia unfortunately leaves us. The room is beautifully large and flooded with light.

A bed, desk and chest of drawers are provided by the landlord and can be used or stored on the attic (currently these furniture is also on the attic/basement). The furniture that can currently be seen in the pictures is from the current renter. The wardrobe should be taken over against a small detachment.

Due to the roof slopes and the window, the room is particularly welcoming and double cozy. The floor is PVC in laminate optics :)

The location is in Bad Cannstatt with view of the vineyard in the sugar cane path and very quiet: The road is complete "Anlieger Frei" - there is hardly any traffic, you always find a parking lot and you can also sleep super with open window.

The metro station Obere Ziegelei is within 5 minutes walking distance and the Charlottenplatz takes about 15 minutes. On the weekend you can get home from the castle square without any problems thanks to the night bus.

Aldi, Lidl, net and REWE, as well as bakers, bank and pharmacy can be reached on foot, and you can also walk right behind the house super in the vineyards and also in 5-10 minutes directly at the Neckar. The spa park, where you can walk and grill, is also just two stops away.

You will live with Manuel (25), Marie (21) and Henrik (26). Manuel studies civil engineering in the master at the University of Stuttgart. Marie is a media designer/web designer and Henrik is studying in the Bachelor Software Engineering at the University of Stuttgart.

Evening walking away or sitting together in the kitchen is just as much a part of the daily WG life as the others can enjoy their rest. In general, we are looking for a thoughtful coexistence :) So it is definitely not a purpose WG, so we are especially pleased with a new roommate who is looking for an apartment where you can feel right at home. Game evenings must not be missed, of course.

The kitchen was completely renovated about 5 years ago, the two refrigerators are only 1-2 years old and the dishwasher was also renewed 1 year ago. Generally, the apartment is in a great and modern state. In addition to the shared kitchen, the WG has a bathroom and two separate toilets, so it never comes to the bathroom store in the morning;) In the basement there is a washing machine and on the attic there are plenty of storage space and the possibility to dry your laundry. In addition, there is a bicycle parking space in the courtyard if you like cycling.

You can look forward to a lovingly furnished apartment! Putzen should not be a foreign word for you and you should not have any problems with a cleaning plan;)
