You have an open and friendly being and are between 25 and 45 years old? - Two spacious bright and furnished rooms are waiting for you. Your bedroom is about 20m2 in size, furnished with a 140 bed, wardrobe, shelves, dresser and a desk. Your second room is about 24m2. It has a beamer with canvas, real leather sofa with indirect LED lighting, solid wood table with swing chairs, cherry wood lamp and two cabinets.
The approximately 90m2 apartment is located in the 2nd OG, is very bright, friendly and quiet. I'm a commuter and only 1-2 nights a week. We share a modern kitchen with balcony and the daylight bath with separate toilet. The floors in kitchen and bathroom are tiled, laminated in the remaining apartment. The most important kitchen utensils are also available. Look at the pictures below.
Quiet and at the same time conveniently located in the nutrient road in Stuttgart-Wangen. For Daimler employees: with the wheel you are in UT at less than 10min from the front door. The nearby metro (island road) is about 20 minutes. to the main railway station and the city centre - about 25min by bike. Walking shopping (Rewe, Aldi, Metzgerei, Baker, turk. Supermarket, pharmacy...), as well as outdoor pool (island bath) are available.
The 4parteien house is quiet and the residential parties in the house also like it quiet. For WG parties, you have to invite yourself somewhere else;)
My previous roommate will move out to 01.02. Since I am a commuter and spend a lot of time at my first residence, you will often have the apartment for yourself. However, if I'm here, I'd be happy to have a drink or cook in the evening, walk or just talk to each other and drink a dinner beer.
I am 35 years old and work at Mercedes in UT, I like the mix between society and tranquility. In my spare time I like to go hiking, walking or climbing, cooking, meet friends and sit on the PC.
Ideally, you are also professional and grown out of the students/party times. Order and cleanliness should not be a foreign word for you - in this WG it is obvious to us to keep working areas and bathrooms clean.
Included in the rental price are water, internet, as well as gas and electricity - as long as this keeps in reasonable consumption.
