The room is spacious with 20 square meters. It has 2 south-facing windows, so the room is nice and bright. The room is fully furnished.

The Pragsattel U-Bahn station is only 1 minute away, and from there it's just a 4-minute ride to the Milaneo shopping center, where you can find everything you need for daily life. It's also only 2 minutes to the Feuerbach train station and 6 minutes to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). In addition, it's just a 3-minute bus ride to the shopping center at Killesberg (Aldi, Edeka, DM).

The house is located directly at Rosensteinpark and also near Killesberg Höhenpark, offering great opportunities for jogging, cycling, or relaxing in nature. The area is very quiet yet well-connected. The B10/B27 are easily accessible by car, and there is free parking right in front of the house.

In our free time, we each pursue our own hobbies, but we also enjoy going out for dinner or drinks together. When the weather is nice, we have barbecues in our garden. There are 3 other shared flats in the house, and we sometimes do things with them as well. (Many nice international WG members in those flats as well).

However, if you also like to have your peace and quiet, that's no problem for us.

We have a dishwasher, and in the basement there is a washing machine/dryer and a small storage room (e.g. for bicycles).
