The room is the only room on the second floor of the apartment, directly under the roof.
The 23 square meters of usable space offer plenty of room for a complete furnishing and the room is nice and bright thanks to the three windows. There is also a beautiful view of the vineyards.
The apartment itself consists of two floors with 5 rooms. It was renovated about 6 years ago. This is particularly evident in the large, modern and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a storage room and a large cellar where bicycles can also be stored.
The room will be handed over unfurnished.
Stuttgart-Wangen is located in the east of Stuttgart. Adjacent are Stuttgart-Ost, Untertürkheim and Hedelfingen.
The connections could hardly be better. In less than 5 minutes you can reach 3 different light rail lines (U4, U9, U13) and within 10 minutes the S-Bahn in Untertürkheim. There are also various shopping facilities within a radius of 10 minutes by walking (Aldi, REWE, 2 Turkish supermarkets, OBI, an Asian supermarket). For those to lazy to cook, there is a kebab shop and a newly opened Asian restaurant just around the corner.
The city center is only 15 minutes away by streetcar and a night bus also stops right next to the apartment.
At the moment we are two women and two men. Leo (your previous tenant) will be leaving at the end of December and is now looking for a new tenant.
We are between the ages of 20 to 28 years old, welcoming people and the common language is English.
Your flatmates will be:
Nuria (28), is currently writing her PhD in the field of cardiac medicine and is involved in two activism groups in Stuttgart.
Gagandeep (25), is a real sports fanatic, is about to finish his master's degree in electro-mobility and is currently applying for the best job in the area.
Radia (20), is training to be a baker and is by far the most energetic and funniest person in the flat share.
Eric (24), is studying for a Master's degree in environmental sciences and enjoys cooking vegan food for other people.
Our everyday life in the shared flat is lively and relaxed at the same time. We always like to spend time together spontaneously, from eating together, going to a bar or watching movies and going on trips together. At the same time, of course, we have our peace and quiet whenever we want.
We are looking for someone who is open, communicative and sociable. Of course, qualities such as cleanliness are also very important to us.
As we are definitely not a purpose-built shared flat, we are looking for a new flatmate who is also interested in integrating into a harmonious shared flat life.
The price for the room is all-inclusive and includes all additional costs (electricity, water, internet, garbage, GEZ)
