The room is large, well-lit and well shaped (almost square). It has all the usual furniture, partly real massive natural wood or chrome steel and glass. You will find a fascinating audio system. The floor is parquet. You have a LAN wall outlet in the room.

5 minutes walking distance to Bad Cannstatt main station, bus stop is directly round the corner, various shops and supermarkets are in less than 5 minutes walking distance. You can easily park your car, but should get a "Anwohnerausweis" for around 30 Euro/year. Close also to the Nekar where you have lots of sporting and entertainment options as well as some very nice spots to go out.

International, multi-cultural, 2 young ladies and 2 young men. We are from all around the world.
We are at the university or our internship during the week, but may get together when we feel like it. Each of us has a special task related to living in our WG. Sometimes, we go to the Wasen or other places together. And even after moving out, some of us are still friends.

You will live in a place that provides good creature comforts, a kitchen with modern tech like a self-cleaning oven, induction cooking fields, a dishwasher. All the basics are there, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, fridge, 2 restrooms, a shower and a bathtub. If you need your contract a bit shorter or longer, just ask.
