On May 1st, 2025, the deluxe room will be free in our 3 WG in the south of Stuttgart.
The room has a total of 20 m2 (16 m2 living area + 4 m2 bathroom), wonderful parquet flooring and a view into the green.
Through your own bathroom with daylight there are never bottlenecks in the morning. You can also relax in your own bathtub for pleasure and pleasure.
The living/dining room is ready for joint evenings. The kitchen offers plenty of storage space and is already equipped with everything. With our dishwasher you can play a wonderful round of dishwasher teas. The apartment also has a sunny balcony, which especially invites you to sit together in summer. The large courtyard is shared by the house community. A dry cellar room offers additional storage facilities. There is also a separate bicycle compartment for your fleet.
The apartment was only renovated a few years ago, so everything is very modern in a top condition and for an old building.

Das Zimmer hat insgesamt 20 m² (16 m² Wohnfläche + 4 m² Bad), wundervollen Parkettboden und einen Blick ins Grüne.
Durch dein eigenes Badezimmer mit Tageslicht gibt es morgens nie Engpässe. Außerdem kannst du dich in deiner eigenen Badewanne nach Lust und Laune entspannen.
Das Wohn-/Esszimmer steht für gemeinsame Abende bereit. Die Küche bietet viel Stauraum und ist bereits mit allem ausgestattet. Mit unserer Spülmaschine kann man ganz wunderbar eine Runde Spülmaschinen-Tetris spielen. Die Wohnung hat außerdem einen sonnigen Balkon, der vor allem im Sommer zum Zusammensitzen einlädt. Der große Innenhof wird von der Hausgemeinschaft zusammen genutzt. Ein trockener Kellerraum bietet zusätzliche Abstellmöglichkeiten. Außerdem gibt es ein eigenes Fahrradabteil für deinen Fuhrpark.
Die Wohnung wurde erst vor wenigen Jahren renoviert, daher ist alles in einem top Zustand und für einen Altbau sehr modern.

Wer's grün mag: Karlshöhe, Fernsehturm, Teehaus und co. sind nur einen Katzensprung von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Perfekt zum Joggen (Bergtraining inklusive), spazieren und den schönen Ausblick genießen.

Wir sind Sara und Melissa und freuen uns bald mit dir zusammenzuwohnen. :)
Melissa (34) arbeitet als Biologie-Redakteurin, ist aber keine so schrullige Verlagstante, wie es sich anhört. Sie interessiert sich für LGBTQIA+-Themen, Küchenpsychologie und ist gern draußen unterwegs (Wandern, Camping, Radfahren). Und sie liebt Linsen. Und Bärlauch. Und fritz-kola.

Sara (36) ist cool. :D Sie ist Sozialpädagogin und ist in der Bildungsarbeit tätig. Sie ist ebenso gerne draußen unterwegs. Man findet sie im Sommer im Park, beim Sport oder unterwegs mit ihrem Caddy Max. Ihr zweiter Vorname ist Muggaseggele. Und sie hasst Wassermelone. Und Koriander. Und Oliven.
Wir essen gerne gemeinsam, wenn es der wuselige Alltag zulässt. In den Sommermonaten teilen wir uns in der Regel eine Biokiste (im Winter ist die Gemüse-Auswahl nicht so groß) und kochen dann auch öfters gemeinsam. Hierbei kannst du dich gerne beteiligen! Ab und an machen wir einen WG-Abend mit kochen und spielen (Anmerkung Sara: NICHT Cards against humanity). Ansonsten sind wir viel auf Achse, super gerne auch gemeinsam: Klettersteige, Wanderurlaube, Sauna, Wikingerschach, Picknick im Park, Mölky und Spaziergänge sind vor uns nicht sicher. Manchmal chillen wir zusammen oder getrennt auf dem Sofa, aber Spaß ist immer an der Tagesordnung.
