for our large house in Stuttgart Schönberg we are looking for a roommate who fits well with us and our amenities.
The room to rent is located on the ground floor and has a beautiful view of the garden. It is south oriented and pleasantly bright. You have directly opposite your own bathroom and toilet. There is also a living room, dining room and kitchen in the EC, which is used by all. The others have their rooms on the 1st floor.
From the common dining room, we go directly to the terrace adjacent to the garden, on which we will enjoy the evenings in the summer.
In the house you will find everything you need: from washing and dishwasher to kitchen and microwave. In the cellar there is a laundry room and storage rooms. There is also a bicycle garage for shared use.
The large house as well as the open garden offer many possibilities of use, but also requires the willingness to participate in care and design.
We are currently living here as a couple (Alexandra: 33, agricultural scholar; Sören: 38, Baumkletterer) with our cheerful 2 year old daughter, Nora and Sebastian (30, Schreinermeister). In March, new generations are expected. We would therefore appreciate it if you would bring joy to children ;-).

für unser großes Haus in Stuttgart Schönberg suchen wir eine/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die gut zu uns und unseren Rämlichenkeiten passt.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat einen schönen Blick in den Garten. Es ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und angenehm hell. Du hast direkt gegenüber dein eigenes Bad und WC. Des Weiteren befindet sich im EG ein Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und eine Küche, die von allen genutzt wird. Die anderen haben ihre Zimmer im 1. Stock.
Vom gemeinsamen Esszimmer geht es direkt auf die an den Garten angrenzende Terasse, auf der wir im Sommer gerne die Abende ausklingen lassen.
Im Haus findest du alles was du brauchst: von Wasch- und Spülmaschine über Küche und Mikrowelle. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschküche und Vorratsräume. Eine Fahrradgarage zur Mitbenutzung gibt es ebenfalls.
Das große Haus sowie der offene Garten bieten viele Nutzungsmöglichkeiten, erfordert aber auch die Bereitschaft bei der Pflege und Gestaltung mitwirken zu wollen.
Wir leben hier aktuell als Paar (Alexandra: 33, Agrarwissenschafterin; Sören: 38, Baumkletterer) mit unserer fröhlichen 2 jährigen Tochter, Nora und dem Sebastian (30, Schreinermeister). Im März erwarten nochmal Nachwuchs. Wir würden es daher schätzen, wenn Du Freude an Kindern mitbringen würdest ;-).

Bis zur Uni Hohenheim sind es mit dem Fahrrad etwa 15 Minuten und die nächste Bushhaltestelle ist zu Fuß gemütlich in 7 Minuten erreichbar.
Es gibt zwar keinen Supermarkt in Laufnähe, jedoch sind wir mobil und erledigen Einkäufe oft gemeinsam. Ein nachhaltiger Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und der Natur ist uns wichtig.

Eine Zweck-WG kommt für uns nicht in Frage. Oft sind wir abends in der Küche, kochen und genießen, backen Brot oder machen Marmelade.
Wir freuen uns, wenn wir nach dem Arbeitsalltag die Abende gemütlich ausklingen lassen können.
