As I have to move on for professional reasons, a room will be free at our WG-house on 01.04.2025!
The room is about 15 square meters in size and it falls into the room almost all day (but it is not too warm through the roller shop). In the room is a sink and mirror, so you don't have to wait if the bathroom is occupied. But you can also destroy this, so I did it.
The floor is made of light laminate. Fresh air and the quiet location in Heumaden you can either enjoy from the balcony (which you share with your roommate in the next room) or sit in our garden with apple tree.

The house is furnished with everything you need and thus offers a number of accommodation outside the rooms. There you have the opportunity to spend some time with the other WG roommates if you are not looking for the silence of your own room.
Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen leider weiterziehen muss, wird zum 01.04.2025 in unserem WG-Haus ein Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und es fällt fast den ganzen Tag Sonnenlicht ins Zimmer (durch den Rolladen wird es aber auch nicht zu warm). Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Waschbecken und Spiegel, so dass du nicht warten musst, falls das Bad mal besetzt ist. Dieses kannst du aber auch abbauen, so hab ich es gehandhabt.
Der Fußboden ist aus hellem Laminat. Frische Luft und die ruhige Lage in Heumaden kannst du entweder vom Balkon aus genießen (den du dir mit deiner Mitbewohnerin im Zimmer nebenan teilst) oder du setzt dich in unseren Garten mit Apfelbaum.
Im Erdgeschoss findest du die Küche mit Spülmaschine und allem was man zum Kochen und Backen benötigt. Außerdem befinden sich im EG das Esszimmer, das Wohnzimmer, ein Eingangsbereich, eine zweite Toilette und eine Abstellkammer.
Im ersten Obergeschoss befinden sich dein WG-Zimmer, sowie drei weitere WG-Zimmer und unser Bad mit Badewanne. Dieses teilst du dir mit drei weiteren Mitbewohnern. Im 2. OG befindet sich das 5. WG-Zimmer (mit eigenem Bad).
Im Keller gibt es Abstellmöglichkeiten, eine große Gefriertruhe, einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie einen gut ausgestatteten Partyraum für die ein oder andere Feier.
Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht und bietet somit außerhalb der Zimmer eine Reihe an Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Dort hast du die Möglichkeit etwas Zeit mit den anderen WG-Mitbewohner*innen zu verbringen, wenn du nicht gerade die Stille deines eigenen Zimmers suchst.
