In this beautifully renovated 3-WG in Peaceau Street 2 in Stuttgart East a comfortable room has become free. It has a large wardrobe (which can be removed if needed to create space), a 120x200m bed including. Mattresses etc, a TV and a desk with chair.

The situation is excellent. It is quiet and easy to traffic, but in just 2 minutes you will be on the next subway that will take you to Stuttgart City, for example, quickly and often. In just under 5 minutes you will be on foot at the central east square, where there is a rewe, baker, restaurants and snacks, doctors, hairdressers, etc. Daimler and Bosch in Untertürkheim are about 3 km away and can be reached very quickly by bus without changing. The cannatters are also around the corner.

The castle garden is also within 10 minutes walking distance. This allows you to go to the main station or to the city centre. The Neckar is also around the corner, which is perfect for a jogging background.

With Alessandro and Philip, a nice and uncomplicated living together awaits you. Philipp works and Alessandro does an internship and is looking forward to going out in the evening or sitting together in the kitchen.

The apartment is 60 square meters in size, clean and tidy so that everyone can feel at home. In the beautiful fully equipped kitchen with large dining table you can cook well and sit together. The bathroom has been completely renovated and it can be moved in immediately. There is a separate toilet and the entire apartment was completely renovated a few years ago.

The price includes all additional costs and internet. The deposit is 1000 Euro.

In this very nice 3 person shared flat in Friedenaustraße 2 in Stuttgart East a nice and modern room has become available. It has a close with plenty of space, a queen-sized bed, a TV with Netflix as well as a desk and chair.

The location is ideal. The apartment is quiet and the street has little traffic, yet in just 2 minutes walking distance you're at the next subway which takes you quick and oven to Stuttgart center. In just under 5 minutes you can walk to the central Ostendplatz, where there is a big supermarket, bakeries, restaurants and snack bars, doctors, hairdressers, etc. Daimler and Bosch in Unterturkheim are about 3 km away and can be reached very quickly by bus without having to change. The Cannstatter Wasen are within walking distance. In other words, both university and industry is easy reached and close by.

The castle garden is about 10 minutes walk away. You can stick through it to the main train station or into the shopping streets of the city center. The Neckar River is also around the corner, perfect for a jog, walk or bike ride.

In dieser schön sanierten 3er WG in der Friedenaustraße 2 in Stuttgart Ost ist ein gemütliches Zimmer frei geworden. Es verfügt über einen großen Kleiderschrank (der bei Bedarf entfernt werden kann um Platz zu schaffen), ein 120x200m Bett inkl. Matratzen etc, einen TV und einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Es ist ruhig und verkehrsberuhigt, jedoch ist man in gerade mal 2 Minuten an der nächsten U-Bahn, die dich schnell und oft z.B. in die Stuttgarter City bringt. In knapp 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am zentralen Ostendplatz, wo es einen Rewe, Bäcker, Restaurants und Imbisse, Ärzte, Friseure, etc. gibt. Daimler und Bosch in Untertürkheim sind ca 3 km entfernt und mit dem Bus ohne Umsteigen sehr schnell erreichbar. Auch die Cannstatter Wasen sind quasi um die Ecke.

Auch der Schlossgarten ist in etwa 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Durch diesen kann man bis zum Hauptbahnhof oder in die Innenstadt flanieren. Auch der Neckar ist um die Ecke, der perfekt für eine Joggingrunde geeignet ist.

Mit Alessandro und Philip erwartet dich ein nettes und unkompliziertes Zusammenleben. Philipp arbeitet und Alessandro macht ein Praktikum und freuen sich darauf, auch mal abends zusammen wegzugehen oder in der Küche nett beisammen zu sitzen.

Die Wohnung ist 60 qm groß, sauber und ordentlich, sodass sich jeder wohlfühlen kann. In der schönen voll ausgestatteten Küche mit großem Esstisch lässt sich gut kochen und schön zusammen sitzen. Das Bad ist komplett renoviert worden und es kann sofort eingezogen werden. Es gibt ein separates WC und die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor wenigen Jahren komplett renoviert.

Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten sowie Internet enthalten. Die Kaution beträgt 1000 Euro.
