Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert und ist Teil einer sonnigen, großen Wohnung mit 100qm. Das große Fenster geht nach Süden. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Gefrierschrank und Mikrowelle laden zum Kochen ein und mit ein separates WC neben dem Bad lebt es sich in einer WG auch leichter ;-)) Das Bad hat eine Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit (kein Vorhang, sondern Trennwand).
Das Haus liegt in einer 30-Zone, in der Nähe gibt es viele gastronomische Betriebe und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist super verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Die S-Bahn ist nur 3 min zu Fuß entfernt (S2 und S3). Also perfekt für die Uni in Stuttgart (12min.) oder auch Stuttgart-Vaihingen (22min, kein Umsteigen notwendig).
Die WG besteht aus 4 Zimmern (zwei möbliert, zwei unmöbliert) für Studenten (m/w/d) und Praktikanten (m/w/d). Es ist keine Berufstätigen-WG!
Der Mietvertrag ist auf 6 Monate befristet und kann vier Wochen vor Vertragsende um jeweils 6 Monate verlängert werden.
Rauchen - auch auf dem Balkon - ist nicht erwünscht. Die Nachtruhe von 22:00 - 7:00 Uhr ist einzuhalten.
