The room is about 16 sqm and is currently furnished with a bed and an open wardrobe system. We have a very large living room, as well as a spacious kitchen and bathroom and an extra toilet. The bed would be optional. Evtl also has a chest of drawers, the furniture wanders from room to room as required.
My roommate's already packing, so the room looks a little untidy. And you apologise the bad pictures, unlike the rest of the world I may not photograph well;)
We are very centrally located, the Olgaeck underground stops as well as the City Hall/Charlottenplatz are within a few minutes. Nevertheless, it is very quiet here.
My 9-year-old son and I look forward to an open minded person who wants to live with us. We have always lived in a WG (my son since birth) and now we want more community. Unfortunately, our present roommate has withdrawn.
Just the third room in the WG is rented to a dear neighbor as an office, but this can change over the course of the year and so the option is later to rent 2 rooms or to enlarge the WG again.
I work from home, I like to cook and invite people to eat. In my free time I go to yoga or to the sauna, and I sing in a choir. My son plays guitar, is very sporty and a joke. We try to live as sustainable and conscious as possible, we also go to collect garbage and feed us vegan/vegetarian. What you eat or not should not decide whether you fit us;)
Our animal roommate MacGyver likes to go out to the mice catch, is otherwise quite uncomplicated and may be crumbling.
The room can also be rented in a limited time, simply write and ask. Intake is also possible from 15.01.2025.
