Unsere WG liegt im 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Wir teilen uns einen Garten und Fahrradschuppen mit den anderen Parteien. Im Keller haben wir unser eigenes Abteil, außerdem gibt es noch eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Wäscheleinen.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Etwas Luxus haben wir dabei auch, wie z.b. einen Reiskocher, Kaffeemaschine und Air fryer.
Das Zimmer ist hell und bietet genügend Platz für alle Möbel. Das Fenster ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Das Zimmer ist 9,6 m² groß, sprich 0,00096 ha.
Der Kleiderschrank und das Bett können übernommen werden, der Rest wird von der Vormieterin mitgenommen.
Super location on the outskirts of Plieningen in a residential area, with short path to the University Hohenheim (20 min walk, 5 min by bike or bus).
Top connections to the ÖPNV to Stuttgart, Esslingen, Nürtingen and the airport. You are in 2 min at Bernhäuserstraße stop or in 4 minutes at Plieningen Post stop.
Supermarkets, bakers, mail and various other shops are within walking distance in less than 5 minutes.
The WG life plays mainly in the kitchen.
During the day we go after all our work/study and like to sit for dinner, play, drink together or procrastinate in the evening :)
Of course, everyone has enough freedom for themselves and also makes his own thing, but of course we would be happy if you were open to ventures as a new roommate, so that the WG life again blossoms a bit.
