Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer 5er WG im modernen Studentenwohnheim Campo Novo in Stuttgart Vaihingen ab sofort unter, mit anschließender Möglichkeit zur Übernahme.
Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß und durch die beiden bodentiefen Fenster mit französischem Balkon auf der Südseite sehr hell. Beheizt wird das Zimmer durch eine Fußbodenheizung.
Zu dem Zimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Die Küche ist gleichzeitig auch der Gemeinschaftsraum, ausgestattet mit Ofen, neuem Herd, Mikrowelle und Sofa. Außerdem haben wir eine eigene Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß ca. 2 Minuten zur U-Bahn Station "Wallgraben" und ca. 10 Minuten zur S-Bahn Station "Vaihingen Bahnhof" entfernt. Sie liegt aber trotzdem relativ ruhig. Um die Ecke ist ein Bäcker, eine Apotheke und die Schwabengalerie ist auch schnell zu erreichen.
Zu der Wg gehören Monique, Nesrin, Sebastian und Melisa. Wir sitzen öfters abends zusammen, schauen Filme und gehen auch mal in eine Bar.
Es wäre also super, wenn du Lust auf WG-Leben hast. Natürlich gibt es auch genügend Raum sich zurückzuziehen.
