Kurz zum Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist aufgeteilt in einer Art Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer und den Wintergarten der dann nur dir gehört :) Durch den Wintergarten der komplett verglast ist hast du den ganzen Tag Licht und im Winter ists echt gemütlich. Da das Zimmer auf der Südseite ist wird’s im Sommer auch mal wärmer, aber das sollte kein Problem sein. Ach und du bist im Innenhof hörst also nix von der Straße :)
Die Einrichtung die du siehst ist komplett von mir und bis auf das Bett kann aber über eine Übernahme sprechen. Falls du nichts willst nehme ich auch alles mit :)

Die Lage, geht unserer Meinung nach eigentlich nicht besser. Der österreichische Platz ist so 2min zu Fuß von dort aus kommst überall hin. Der Teegut sind 4-5min zu Fuß aber ist bisschen teuer aber der Rewe bzw. Lidl sind auch nur 6-7min zu Fuß und falls es dir auch dann nicht reicht kannst du einfach ins Gerber Einkaufszentrum laufen das sind so 8-10min dann bist du auch direkt in der Innenstadt :)
Direkt vor unserer Tür sind noch 2 süße Cafés und das beste ist Roberta Goods. Das ist so ein 24/7 Automaten späti bei dem du alles bekommst. Bis dahin schaffst du es auch vertrau mir 😅

WG-Leben ist uns wichtig, wir möchten keine Zweck-WG.
Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut und unternehmen, wenn die Zeit es zulässt, viel zusammen (gym, Tennis, abends weg gehen). Für zwischendurch quatschen oder mal zusammen Kochen finden wir aber meistens Zeit.:)

Ein paar Worte zu uns: Wir sind zu 3. und alle im Berufsleben.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner und Mibewohnerinnen sind Yasin, Patrick, Amelie und Nugget.
Yasin arbeitet in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, 31 Jahre alt und seine Leibspeise sind Ramen-Nudeln. Er hat eine Gitarre, auf der er nicht spielt und ist insgesamt ein geselliger Zeitgenosse.
Patrick, 28, stellt sein Zimmer gerne mal als Wohnzimmer für die WG bereit und hat, genau wie die anderen, gerne Leute um sich. Er arbeitet als Spieleentwickler, ist aber vor allem im Home-Office.
Amelie, 26, arbeitet im 2D-/3D- Motionbereich als Designerin in einer Agentur. Wenn du weißt was dies ist wird es vermutlich passen. Sie geht außerdem noch 2x die Woche tanzen und ist auch engagierte Köchin.
Nugget, 3, lebt seit er ganz klein ist hier und liebt Trockenfutter. Er lässt sich manchmal gerne streicheln, aber ist insgesamt mehr auf Abstand als wirklich auf Kuschelmodus. Er spielt gerne, aber er kratzt nicht, beißt nicht sondern schläft und chillt viel. Die Katze gehört auch Yasin und Patrick und daher musst du dich um nichts kümmern sonst darfst ihn umsonst streicheln. Falls die Beiden mal ausziehen werden wird Patrick den Kater auch mitnehmen.
