Hello, I'm moving out of my shared apartment and looking for a new tenant for my room until at least May 2025.
The flat is shared with Amal from Spain and Kathrin from Stuttgart; both are working professionals who are always friendly and tidy. The household is quite easygoing. Amal is taking a German course and works wherever she can, while Kathrin is pursuing a set design apprenticeship. The shared apartment has the potential to be more than just a functional living space, but everyone can also enjoy their own privacy if they wish.
Room The room is 16 m² in size. It comes with a bed, desk, sofa, and a curtain wardrobe (the dresser shown in the picture will be removed).

In Der WG wohnen Amal aus Spanien und Kathrin aus Stuttgart, beide sind Berufstätig immer nett und
sauber.
Die WG ist ziemlich unkompliziert. Amal mach einen Deutsch Kurs und jobbt gleichzeitig wo sie kann, während Kathrin eine Ausbildung zur Bühnenbildnerin anstrebt. Die WG hat sicherlich potential zu mehr als einer Zweck WG aber sonst kann hier jeder auch seine Ruhe haben wenn man will.
Zimmer
Zimmer ist 16m² groß. Es befindet sich im Zimmer ein Bett Schreibtisch, Sofa und ein Vorhangschrank (die Komode auf dem Bild kommt raus)
DEUTSCH
Böheimstraße direkt am Erwin Schöttle Platz . Super Anbindung super für Fahrrad da im Tal und man ohne Steigung in die Stadt kommt, diverse Wälder sind auch in der nähe und an sich ist Heslach ein ziemlich gemütliches Viertel, 7 minuten zu Fuß zum Marienplatz
