Ich vermiete mein schönes Zimmer für ca 6 Wochen. Das Zimmer ist in einer 5er WG in Rutha, einem Dorn direkt südlich von Lobeda. Es gibt Holzfußboden, zwei große Fenster nach Osten, und alles was man an Möbeln so braucht.
Es ist sehr ruhig hier, ich schlafe immer mit dem Fenster offen.

I'm subletting my beautiful room in a shared flat just south of Jena.
The room has about 20 m², two large windows, wooden floor, and all the furniture one needs.
Rutha ist ein kleines Dorf direkt südlich von Jena Lobeda. Es ist sehr ruhig hier. Es gibt Pferde, Kühe, Gänse, Wald und Wiesen.Direkt hinter dem Haus fließt ein Bach, das haus gehörte früher zur Dorfmühle.
Im Dorf gibt es einen Fleischer und einen Reiterhof mit Café. Die Aral Tankstelle ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Zum Netto und zur Straßenbahn sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß (Schlegelstraße). Am Banhof in Göschwitz bin ich mit dem Fahrrad in 15 minuten. Der Rewe/Aldi/Apotheke/Rossmann etc. am Salavador Allende Platz sind 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.

Rutha is a small village just south of Jena. It's quiet here. Lot's of animals, meadows and forest around. There is a small stream behind the house.
There are a butcher and a café in the village. A gas station is only 5 min walking.
I do groceries on my daily commutes to town. Here are some distances:
Netto and tram (Schlegelstraße): 15 min walking
Rewe, Aldi, farmacy, UKJ: 10 min biking
Göschwitz train station: 15 min biking
Kaufland: 15 min biking
In unserer WG wohnen Marian(36), Julia (30), Florian (27), Jan (22) und ich (Josua).
Marian und Flo arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb in der Industrie, Julia ist selbsttändig als Wildnispädagogin und Wellness Therapeutin und Jan macht Praktikas, jobt und sucht eine Ausbildung.
Wir sind alle berufstätig und haben unterschiedliche Rhythmen. Die Küche ist der Treffpunkt für spontane Gespräche oder auch mal eine gemeinsame Mahlzeit. Ab und zu machen wir etwas gemeinsam wie einen Spieleabend oder ein Lagerfeuer.
Alle meine Mitbewohner sind hilfsbereit und freundlich und eher etwas zurückgezogen.
Es gibt einen Putzplan der gut funktioniert. Die Toilette ist vom Bad getrennt.

Marian and Flo work shifts in industry, Julia is self-employed as a wilderness educator and wellness therapist and Jan does internships, jobs and is looking for an apprenticeship.
We all work and have different rhythms. The kitchen is the meeting place for spontaneous conversations or sometimes a meal together. Every now and then we do something together like a games evening or a campfire.
All my flatmates are helpful and friendly and tend to be a bit withdraw
