Das Zimmer ist im 1. OG mit einem großen Fenstern zur Straße, Boden ist Laminat.
Möblierung ist aktuell nicht vorhanden.

Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 1 min Fußweg entfernt, bis zum Luitpoldplatz (Mittelpunkt der Innenstadt mit vielen Buslinien) läuft man etwa 5 min. Der nächste Lidl ist etwa 5-10 min entfernt. Die Musikschule in Sulzbach ist 1,5 km entfernt, dauert mit dem Fahrrad ca. 8 min.
Es gibt an sich keine Vorgabe wie das WG-Leben aussehen soll, da ich 40 Stunden in der Woche arbeite, bin ich die meiste Zeit nicht zuhause. Wenn man möchte kann man gerne zusammen etwas unternehmen. Genug Platz um sich aus dem Weg zu gehen ist aber auch vorhanden, wenn das gewünscht ist.
Ich bin 27 und habe im April 2021 mein Bachelorstudium abgeschlossen, aktuell bin ich voll berufstätig.
Am besten bin ich abends oder am Wochenende erreichbar. Tagsüber kann ich in der Regel in Whatsapp antworten.
