Das Zimmer hat 18 qm mit einer Dachschräge. Es ist möbiliert mit Bett, Nachtisch, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Sessel, Regal. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet.
Die Wohnung liegt in Sulzbach. Man ist in 5 Minuten an einer Bushaltestelle und am Bahnhof. Zur Uni dauert es 25 Minuten. Geschäfte sind schnell zu erreichen, das Haus liegt an einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße und ist daher ruhig.
Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung leicht zu finden.
Momentan leben in der WG zwei Studentinnen, als neue Mieterin wird eine Studentin bevorzugt. Es gibt eine große gemeinsame Küche.
Sulzbach liegt etwas außerhalb von Saarbrücken, man ist aber mit Bus und Bahn schnell in der Innenstadt.
