Hi,
Bei uns ist in der WG ein Zimmer frei. Leider gibt es grade kein aktuelles Bild weil wir am Grundstück noch am umbauen/ renovieren sind und somit etwas Chaos herrscht. Im Bild in der Beschreibung sieht man dass das Zimmer als Stauraum genutzt wurde, die Regale, etc kommen natürlich noch raus:)
Das Zimmer hat circa 20qm und ein schönes großes Fenster mit Blick über das angrenzende Pferdepaddock und Fußbodenheizung :)
Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinem Ortsteil von Thalmässing und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wenn man rausgeht ist man direkt in der Natur. Die öffentliche Anbindung ist eher mäßig:D
Da es sich um eine WG Neugründung handelt kann ich dazu nich nicht allzuviel sagen. Du würdest aber mit Katrin 22 und mit mir, Johanna, 24 zusammenleben. Ich bin oft nicht da weshalb ihr häufig auch nur zu zweit sein werdet.
Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich eine Tierarztpraxis, mit der wir uns den Eingang teilen. Dementsprechend sind des häufigeren Tiere/ Besitzer zu sehen. Allgemein würde ich uns als sehr tierfreundlich, naturbezogen und aktiv beschreiben.
