Das sehr helle Zimmer hat 19 qm und eine Fenstergaube sowie ein Dachfenster. Es kommt also viel Licht rein. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 62 qm und alles was man braucht. Nur die Waschmaschine und die Zimmer Möbel nimmt die derzeitige Mitbewohnerin mit. Eine Waschmaschine werde ich danach selber kaufen, falls du keine mitbringst.

Der Bahnhof liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Lichterfelde ost ist in 20 min erreichbar, südkreuz 25 min, Berlin HBF 35 min.
Sonst ist hier direkt ein netto und norma sowie Ärzte.
Zu Fuß (ca 15-20min) sind aber noch weitere Läden wie Lidl, Rewe, Tedy, Kick usw.

Ich bin die Juli 28 und studiere in Berlin. Ich bin eine sehr offene aber auch ruhige Person. Ich fotografiere gerne und bin zuhause oft am PC. Selten kommen auch Freunde, um Spieleabende zu machen. Meistens fahre ich aber zu ihnen, sodass du deine Ruhe hast. Ich habe auch nichts wenn man mal feiern möchte in der Wohnung, wenn das abgesprochen ist.

In der WG ist mir vorallem Respekt und Kommunikation wichtig. Auch wenn es mal Probleme gibt, sollte das angesprochen werden um nach einer Lösung zu suchen (:

Ich lebe seit 3 Jahren vegan, kann das von niemandem verlangen, aber wenn du vegan oder vegetarisch lebst, ist das ein Bonus! Gerne können wir auch mal etwas unternehmen wenn es passt. Natürlich respektiere ich, wenn du dich zurückziehen möchtest und andersrum genauso.
