Hallo an alle Wohnungssuchenden, wegen einem Auslandsaufenthalt suche ich vom 01.09. (oder 15.08.) bis zum 01.06.13 eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für mein schönes, helles WG-Zimmer in der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß, hat ein sehr großes Fenster, ist mit Laminatboden verlegt und hat hohe Decken (Altbau). Zusätzlich ist es voll möbliert. In der WG gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Tageslichtbad, ein gemeinsames Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon.
Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, Telefon + Internet, sowie eine Abstellmöglichkeit für ein Fahrrad. Wohnen würdet ihr mit einer sehr netten, kommunikativen und aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohnerin. Sie studiert Medienwissenschaften und Spanisch im 2. Semester.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Innenstadt am Anfang der Fußgängerzone: Bushaltestelle (Treviris) und Supermarkt sind in 2 min. erreichbar und auch das Nachtleben ist nicht fern.
Wohnen würdet ihr mit einer sehr netten, kommunikativen und aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohnerin. Sie studiert Medienwissenschaften und Spanisch im 2. Semester.
