Ich suche ab sofort einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG.
Das helle Zimmer ist 12 qm groß und möbliert. Vorhanden sind ein 1,40m Bett, Lattenrost, Matratze, ein Schreibtisch, Stuhl, ein Schrank, eine Kommode, ein großes Sofa und ein Bücherregal. Alles von Ikea, deswegen gegen einen kleinen Abschlag zu haben.
Die Wohnung besitzt eine helle, gemütliche Küche mit Waschmaschine und ein Bad mit Dusche. Das Schmuckstück der WG, ist ein großer Balkon mit Ganztags-Sonne der zum Innenhof hinaus geht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester zentraler Lage, quasi zwischen Hauptbahnhof (5 Min) und Porta Nigra (2 Min), ist aber trotzdem ruhig!
Die Busanbindungen zur Uni, FH oder auch für Luxembourg Pendler sind ideal. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Norma, Kaufland, Aldi und natürlich die Innenstadt, die man fußläufig in 2 Min erreicht.
Deine Mitbwohnerin Anne (26) macht grad ihren Master an der Uni. Sie ist offen, umkompliziert und freut sich über gesellige Abende mit einer netten Mitbewohnerin ab ca.22 Jahren. Du kannst auch gerne berufstätig sein.
