Hallo Zusammen. Wir (Julia 25, Annika, 23 und Jan 30) suchen eine/einen neue/n Mitbewohner/in für mein frei werdendes WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß, recht gut geschnitten und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Fenster des Zimmers liegen zur Straße hin. Küche und Bad sind voll ausgestattet mit allem Zubehör. Im Haus wohnen (außer dem Hausmeister) fast nur Studenten, was eine sehr schöne und lockere Atmosphäre ausmacht.
Perfekte Lage, mehr kann einfach dazu nicht sagen. Man ist in ca. 6 min am Bahnhof, in unter 3 in der Fußgängerzone. Mit dem Bus ist man in ca. 15min an der Uni. Kaufland und Netto sind unter 7 min zu erreichen.
Das übliche! Alles geht, nichts muss :-)
