Wenn Du einen charakterlosen Neubau zum Wohnen suchst, hab ich leider nichts für Dich. Wenn Du aber was zum Leben willst, wie wär's mit:
Helles Zimmer mit Doppelflügel-Tür, 4m hoher Decke und Holzdielen in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus mit Jugendstil-Fassade mitten in der Trierer Fußgängerzone. Inoffiziell haben wir auch noch eine 70m2 große Dachterasse zu bieten :) Badewanne, Waschmaschine und fixes Internet gibt's dazu. Und das Beste: Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock. Du tust also auch noch was für Deine Kondition! Charmant und tatsächlich mit ein wenig Großstadt-Flair in Trier.
Fußgängerzone halt: Rewe, Aldi, City-Galerie, Bio-Laden, Bäcker, Bushaltestelle zur Uni/Hbf, Hotel, um die Eltern unterzubringen, und das Karl-Marx-Haus befinden sich im Umkreis von 200 Metern. Das Einkaufstüten-durch-die-halbe-Stadt-schleppen ist also Geschichte :)
Dich erwarten sehr liebe Mitbewohner, Luisa (25) und Ken (32). Wir sind keine Sonntags-zusammen-Kuscheln-und-Tatort-schauen-WG. Dafür führen wir ein freundliches, unkompliziertes WG-Leben. Erwachsene Menschen halt. WG-Erfahrung wär toll, aber kein Muss.
