Hallo zusammen!
Ich suche für mein WG-Zimmer eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für den Zeitraum 15.8. 2014-31.3.2015. Wir sind momentan zu fünft (3w/2m) in einer sehr großen Wohnung mit Terrasse und Garten in Kernscheid. Große Küche (mit Spülmaschine!) sowie Ess- und Wohnzimmer mit Holzofen im Erdgeschoss, dort außerdem geräumiger Eingangsbereich mit Gästetoilette. Das möblierte (!) Zimmer befindet sich im 1. Stock, direkt gegenüber des Badezimmers (Toilette, 2 Waschbecken, Dusche, Waschmaschine). Das Zimmer hinterlasse ich mit Bett, Matratze, Kleiderkommode, Schreibtisch und einer Büchervitrine. Im Hof ist Platz für ein Auto bzw. im Schuppen für ein Fahrrad. Der Bus zur Uni braucht 15-20min, in die Stadt 20min. Es warten nette Mitbewohner, freundliche Nachbarn und ein Hamster namens Gobi.
