Zum 01.03.2011 wird ein 20m² großes, sehr helles Zimmer mit ruhiger Lage in bunter 4er-WG mit großem tageslicht Bad inklusive Badewanne, Gäste-WC, Wohnküche, Terrasse und Garten in Trier-Nord frei.
Die Lage der WG ist wirklich toll, egal ob Einkaufen, in die Stadt fahren oder zur Hochschule, alles ist sehr gut und schnell erreichbar.
Außerdem sind es nur 3 Treppenstufen zur Wohnung, sie liegt im Erdgeschoss.
Dies alles zu einem Preis von 220 Euro Warm, Telefon- und Internetflat ist auch schon enthalten.
Wir sind mitte 20, zwei von uns studieren an der FH und eine an der Uni. Wir suchen als Ergänzung ein zweites Mädel, gerne mit WG-Erfahrung und Nichtraucherin.
