Wir (Nico 25 und Luca 20) suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner/in in unserer 3er WG. Die WG liegt in der Saarstraße in Trier-Süd. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer,eine etwas kleinere Küche, ein Gästebad sowie eine Tageslicht Bad mit Badewanne.
Das zu vergebenden Zimmer ist 25qm groß und durch die 3 Fenster sehr hell. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Teppich, welcher aber auch vom Nachmieter gegen was anderes ersetzt werden kann. Der bereits im Zimmer stehende Kleiderschrank sowie der Schreibtisch sollen gegen einen kleinen Abschlag (25 €) übernommen werden.Insgesamt beträgt die Warmmiete 223,63 €. Kaution ist nicht nötig.
Bushaltestellen zur Uni(6,16) und in die Innenstadt(3,5) sind schnell erreichbar.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten(Lidl,Edeka,Netto) sind nicht weit.
Innenstadt und Mosel sind auch locker zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wir suchen am besten ab dem 1. August oder ggf. paar Tage früher.
