Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 4er WG und ist teilmöbliert (wie auf dem Foto). Ich würde die Möbel, die von meiner Vormieterin übernommen wurden, kostenlos im Zimmer lassen, aber bei Bedarf können sie auch entfernt werden.
Die gesamte Wohnung verfügt über vier Wohnzimmer, zwei Küchen und zwei Badezimmer, jeweils mit einer Toilette und einer Dusche.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet und die Waschmaschine der WG befindet sich im Keller, wo auch Fahrräder abgestellt werden können.
Wenn du ein Auto hast, kannst du problemlos in der Nähe des Hauses einen Parkplatz finden.
As I am about to move to a place that is more suitable for my studies, a room will become available.
The room is in a 4-person flat share and is partially furnished (as shown in the photo). I would leave the furniture (which was inherited from the previous tenant) in the room free of charge, but the furniture can also be removed if necessary. When the weather is good (as is the case on most days in Trier), this room is sunny and pleasant.
The whole apartment has four living rooms, two kitchens, and two bathrooms, each equipped with a toilet and a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the shared apartment's washing machine is in the basement, where bicycles can also be parked.
If you have a car, you can easily find a parking space near the house.

Bus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, (Lidl, Deichmann, Kik, Tedi, dm, Kaufland) sind je in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Wegen bequemer Busverbindung kann man einfach innerhalb 30Minuten allen wichtigen Orten in Trier erreichen.
Die Busaufhalte in der Nähe sind (Markusstraße, Hohensteinstr., Steinsweg.)je ungefähr 4 Minuten fusslaäfig erreichbar.
The apartment is centrally yet quietly located, you can find everything you need in front of the door
Bus, shops (Lidl, Deichmann, Kik, Tedi, dm, Kaufland) can be reached in a few minutes.
Because of the convenient bus connection, you can easily reach all important places in Trier (downtown, university, etc.) within 30 minutes.
The bus stops nearby (Markusstrasse, Hohensteinstrasse, Steinsweg, etc.) can be reached in about 5 minutes.
