The apartment is equipped with everything, There are 3 bedrooms, in your bedroom you will have one desk, 2 wardrobes, a bed with mattress. In the kitchen you have storages for utensils and shelves for storing food and other things. It also has a dishwasher, air frier and a toaster. The bathrooms are one for bathing and other for toilet. The bathing asshroom has the washing machine, bathtub, etc. The balcony is great for summers and the two halls are equipped with dining table, chairs and a sofa with a table. The room has two large windows and can get plenty of sunlight. It is bright and quiet.

The supermarkets such as edeka, network are just beside the house and the bus stop to hbf or University is 1 min away(3 or 13 lines). It is located very centrally in the city. So it is easy for reaching here from anywhere in the city.

There will be two other roommates with you during this time. One is pratyush who is working full time in Luxembourg and other is Amal who is a student at Hochschule. Both are great people and easy going. We keep the apartment clean by keeping schedulesand currently both will be moving out by april ending. So you will have a lot of say for your next roommates.

You can contact me by sending a message, the deposit will be 495€ and the deposit for the furniture will be 500€, we can discuss a small discount when we talk. The basic rent is 392€ and the bills such as electricity, water and gas is 90€ per person, the maintenance costs for the apartment will be sent at the end of year by the landlord which can be around 40€ per month if calculated.
