Süßes, einfaches Zimmer mit zusätzlichem Stauraum/Schrank und Waschbecken. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und das Bett mit Matratze und der Schreibtisch, Wandregal und Stuhl können während der Zwischenmiete gern kostenfrei geliehen werden. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster, welches raus in einen kleinen Garten blickt. Neben dem Zimmer im Gang ist ein Balkon bei dem du gut Wäsche aufhängen kannst.
Cute, simple room with additional storage space/room and sink. The room is fully furnished and the bed with mattress and the desk and chair can be borrowed free of charge during the interim rent. The room has a large window that looks out onto a small garden. Next to the room in the corridor is a balcony where you can hang up your washing.
Eine bessere Lage gibt es eigentlich nicht! Die Unibib ist nur ein Steinwurf entfernt und auch andere Institute, wie das Politikinstitut sind auf der Straße gegenüber. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch nicht weit und du kannst problemlos mit dem Bus schnell zum Bahnhof fahren.
There really is no better location! The Unibib is very close (5min) and other institutes, such as the Institute of Politics, are just across the street. The bus stop is also not far away and you can easily take the bus to the train station.
Das Zimmer ist im Wohnheim und deshalb kannst du dein Sozialleben gern so gestalten wie du möchtest. Die Mitbewohner sind alle sehr lieb, aber du musst nicht unbedingt sozial sein oder dich einbringen! Also sehr entspannt!
The room is in a Dormatory so you are welcome to organise your social life however you like. The flatmates are all lovely, but you don't have to be social or get involved! So it's very relaxed!
Das Wohnheim hat einen Fahrradkeller, Waschmaschinen und einen Garten.
Gib einfach gerne Bescheid bei Interesse und dann kannst du gerne vorbei kommen und dir das Zimmer anschauen und dann besprechen wir den Rest!
