Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Stockwerken, das Zimmer ist im ersten Stockwerk, wo sich eine Toilette und zwei weitere Zimmern befinden. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich die Küche, Badezimmer mit Toilette.

Im Erdgeschoss ist der Waschraum mit Münzwaschmaschinen.
Small 7 sqm room, but perfect as a temporary solution until you find something bigger. A desk and bed with mattress can be taken over for €50. The room has enough space for the essentials (shelf, clothes rack, desk, bed).
The apartment consists of two floors, and the room is on the first floor, where there is a toilet and two other rooms. On the second floor, you'll find the kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet.

Der Nachmieter wird letztendlich von Dr. Rall-Immobilien ausgesucht, eine Wohnungsbesichtigung wird nach einem Tel. Gespräch mit Dr. Rall-Im. vereinbart. Zur Bewerbung ist die Immatrikulation an der Uni oder Ausbildungsbescheid notwendig.
