The house has an ideal location in the center of the tub obliquely opposite the Kunsthalle (it looks a bit down from the outside, but, as is known, the inner values count). Penny, bakery, pharmacy, post office, snacks, pizzeria and, of course, the café of the Kunsthalle are right around the corner.

We are well connected to all possible means of transportation: A bus stop is right in front of the front door ("Ferdinand-Chr.-Baur Straße"; Line 17&32; about 10 min to downtown), another approx. 5 min away ("Wanne Kunsthalle"; Line 13 & line 5, about 15 min to downtown; about 5 min to the morning place). On foot you arrive in 15 minutes super on morning, WHO or in the Schönbuch. For sporting people you can also get to the city by bike or to the morning place. And after that you can even put your bike in a lockable bicycle shed in front of the house. Cars also have space with three parking spaces right in front of the house.

So you come to the city and university quickly, but you can also go back to the beautiful book if you get too much city life and you want a little green around your nose.

Das Haus hat eine ideale Lage im Zentrum der Wanne schräg gegenüber der Kunsthalle (Es sieht zwar von außen ein bisschen heruntergekommen aus, aber bekanntlich zählen ja die inneren Werte). Penny, Bäcker, Apotheke, Postfiliale, Imbiss, Pizzeria und natürlich das Café der Kunsthalle sind direkt um die Ecke.

Wir sind an alle möglichen Fortbewegungsmittel gut angebunden: Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür ("Ferdinand-Chr.-Baur Straße"; Linie 17&32; ca. 10 min in die Innenstadt), eine weitere ca. 5 min entfernt ("Wanne Kunsthalle"; Linie 13 & Linie 5, ca. 15 min in die Innenstadt; ca. 5 min bis zur Morgenstelle). Zu Fuß kommt man in 15 min super auf die Morgenstelle, zum WHO oder in den Schönbuch. Für sportliche Menschen kommt man auch mit dem Fahrrad gut in die Stadt oder auf die Morgenstelle. Und danach kannst du dein Fahrrad sogar in einem abschließbaren Fahrradschuppen vorm Haus unterbringen. Auch Autos haben bei uns Platz mit drei Parkplätzen direkt vorm Haus.

Du kommst also schnell in die Stadt und die Uni, kannst dich aber auch mal in den Schönbuch zurückziehen, wenn dir das Stadtleben zu viel wird und du ein bisschen grün um die Nase willst.

Our WG consists of Anja (studies English and history at the teaching office), Gloria (studies educational sciences), Sonja (studies nutritional sciences), Felix (studies physics) and Dominic (studies molecular biology). So we're very colorful. I (Leonie) take off after five happy years in the WG.

We like to spend time together, even if we would call ourselves rather calm WG. Our common living room (and in good weather our roof terrace) we like to use for common movie or game evenings (we also have a shared beamer). For other activities we are always happy to have.

But it is always respected if you need your freedom and want to withdraw.

For some time, some of us have started to share basic foods such as flour, sugar, onions, potatoes etc. You're welcome to hook up here, but you don't have to. The cleaning service is mandatory. :

Unsere WG besteht aus Anja (studiert Englisch und Geschichte auf Lehramt), Gloria (studiert Erziehungswissenschaften), Sonja (studiert Ernährungswissenschaften), Felix (studiert Physik) und Dominic (studiert Molekular Biologie). Wir sind also sehr bunt zusammengewürfelt. Ich (Leonie) ziehe nach fünf glücklichen Jahren in der WG aus.

Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, auch wenn wir uns als eher ruhige WG bezeichnen würden. Unser gemeinsames Wohnzimmer (und bei gutem Wetter unsere Dachterrasse) nutzen wir gerne für gemeinsame Film- oder Spieleabende (wir haben auch einen geteilten Beamer). Für sonstige Aktivitäten sind wir auch immer gerne zu haben.

Es wird aber immer respektiert, wenn du deinen Freiraum brauchst und dich zurückziehen möchtest.

Seit einiger Zeit haben ein paar von uns angefangen Grundnahrungsmittel wie z.B. Mehl, Zucker, Zwiebeln, Kartoffeln etc. zu teilen. Hier darfst du dich gerne einklinken, musst du aber nicht. Der Putzdienst ist allerdings obligatorisch. :)
