Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß, hat zwei Fenster (nach Westen und Norden ausgerichtet), wodurch es von Frühjahr bis Herbst recht hell ist, sowie einen Echtholzboden, der dem Zimmer eine gemütliche Atmosphäre verleiht. Ein Schreibtisch ist auch dabei, den du nutzen kannst – oder er wandert in den Keller, falls du ihn nicht brauchst. Das Zimmer geht – genauso wie das Bad und die separate Toilette – von der Küche ab. Es ist also nicht immer ganz leise, bisher hatten wir Ruhezeiten, in denen in Küche nicht mehr gekocht wird.
The room is about 16 square meters, has two windows (facing west and north), which makes it quite bright from spring to autumn, as well as a real wood floor, which gives the room a cozy atmosphere. There is also a desk that you can use - or move it to the basement if you don't need it. Just like the bathroom and the separate toilet, the room is entered from the kitchen. So it's not always completely quiet, so far we've had quiet times when there's no cooking going on in the kitchen.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Weststadt, direkt an der Grenze zur Altstadt. Das bedeutet: Du bist überall schnell. Die Kliniken Tal, die Wilhelmstraße, sowie der Bahnhof, diverse Supermärkte und Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Man ist also Mitten drin, es ist aber ruhiger als direkt in der Altstadt :)
Im Haus wohnen nur Studierende. Die Atmosphäre ist offen und freundlich, ab und zu wird auch gefeiert. In den Prüfungsphasen ist es aber ruhig.
The apartment is centrally located in the "Weststadt", right on the border to the old town. This means you can get everywhere quickly. The Kliniken Tal, Wilhelmstraße, as well as the train station, various supermarkets and places to go out are all within walking distance. So you're right in the middle of things, but it's not as loud as living directly in the old town :)
Only students live in the house. The atmosphere is open and friendly, there are parties from time to time. However, it is quiet during the exam periods.
In der Wohnung lebt derzeit noch Nikki. Sie ist Anfang 20 und studiert Wirtschaft im Master, die Kommunikation mit ihr läuft auf Englisch. Nikki ist freundlich und ruhig, ihr Freund ist regelmäßig zu Besuch, weshalb ihr Flexibilität in Bezug auf Besuch wichtig ist. Es gibt einen wöchentlichen Putzplan, eine Grundsauberkeit und Ordnung sollten für dich aber selbstverständlich sein.
Currently, Nikki is living in the apartment. She is in her early 20s and is studying for a Master's degree in economics; communication with her is in English. Nikki is friendly and quiet, her boyfriend visits regularly, which is why flexibility with regard to visitors is important to her. There is a weekly cleaning schedule, but basic cleanliness and tidiness should be a given for you.
