3 Zimmer Penthouse-Wohnung mit großem Balkon (ca. 50qm). Neubau und Erstbezug. Von dort aus hat man einen wunderschönen See- und Alpenblick!
Das Wohnzimmer ist groß geschnitten und durch die vielen großen Fenster sehr hell. Durch die automatischen Rollläden kann man aber problemlos das Wohnzimmer Dummen. Die Küche ist offen zum Wohnzimmer und neu (Induktionsherd).
Dein Zimmer ist groß und hell mit Zugang auf den Balkon. Näheres siehst du bei der Besichtigung 😉
Das Bad hat eine Dusche mit einer Glaskabine, ein Waschbecken und selbstverständlich eine Toilette.
15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt.
10 Minuten zu Fuß zum zentral gelegenen Bahnhof.
3 Minuten zu einer Bushaltestelle.
5 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem Edeka.
2 Minuten zu einem italienischen Restaurant.
Als Mitbewohner/in solltest du Humor mitbringen, dass steht an erster Stelle. Es kann durchaus auch mal etwas lauter in meinem
Zimmer werden da ich ein Nebengewerbe in der Musikproduktion habe und auch selbst Musiker bin. Alles andere zeigt sich beim Besichtigungstermin :)
