ich suche einen Nachmieter für eine 3er Wg ab dem 01.09.2012.
Das 16m² große Erdgeschosszimmer befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage.
Die Uni kann man dank der Busverbindung (Linie13) ganz bequem erreichen.Die Haltestelle ist ca. 5min entfernt.
Das Gleiche gilt auch für die Ulmer Innenstadt (Linie1,Fahrzeit 10 min)
Die Miete beträgt 300€ + 5€ fürs Internet.
Die Kaution beträgt 2MM also 600€.
Die ganze WG hat eine Fläche von 70m². Derzeit bewohnen eine Frau 23 Jahre alt) und ein Mann (25 Jahre alt) die WG.
