Hallo, ich bin eine 24 jährige Biologie Studentin und suche ab dem 1. April eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung ist zwar etwas kleiner aber oho!
Dein Zimmer ist ungefähr 13 m² groß, schön geschnitten und hell (zwei Fenster).
Die Wohnung verfügt über Küche mit Spühlmaschine, kleines Bad, einen seperaten Kellerraum. Eine Waschmaschiene haben wir auch, dazu einen Waschkeller, Fahradkeller und Stellplatz auf dem Dachboden.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 5 Minuten vom Ehinger Tor entfernt, Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut (Linie 1).
Du solltest am besten Nichtraucherin, gerne Studentin, freundlich, offen und stubenrein :-) sein!
