English/French/Italian/Romanian speaking man looking for a room to rent for the next 2-3 years

Hello. My name is Stefan, I`m from Romania and I just got a new job here in Ulm starting at the beginning of January so I am looking to secure a room starting as soon as possible but no later than the beginning of February 2025. About me, I`m 43, I like reading, walking, almost all kinds of music, I don`t smoke, I don`t drink, well except for the occasional beer with friends, I mind my own business and I like to keep to myself unless I can help with something. So, most of the time you won`t even know I`m there unless you feel like talking or you need some help. Unfortunately I don`t speak German yet but I am fluent in English and can speak a bit of French and Italian so we will be able to communicate most likely :).

I use earbuds for my phone and my laptop so you don`t have to worry about loud music or noise but I will be working in shifts (from 5 or 6 AM some weeks and until 10 or 11 PM other weeks), so I will have to use the bathroom and kitchen somewhat early or late but, of course, I will keep the noise to a minimum.

I have my own apartment back home and I am accustomed to taking care of it on my own so you won`t have any cleanliness problems if you rent to me.

What I am looking for is just a furnished room (bed, table, closet) to sleep and relax between work shifts, I won`t really focus on finding new friends here or on group activities because I will only be in this country for up to 3 years and I don`t intend to leave my country again after that, so we would lose touch anyway, and because I have left my family and friends to save money, so spending on having fun will not be in my vocabulary while here.

If you guys think you can respect that, my only non-negotiables are not to enter my room when I am not there, not to smoke in my room (you can smoke anywhere else, I don`t mind it) and not to play very loud music/TV all the time, so I can rest. Of course, if there`s some party or event or anything occasional, I have no problem with music or noise, just not on a daily basis.

I came to Germany on September 30th this year and have been working through a temporary work agency since, with the paychecks being deposited into my bank account back in Romania, so I don`t have any German credit report or even a German bank account yet. I will be opening one for my new job, of course. If you need more details or if you need me to try to get a credit report even so, let me know.
