Its a 72 m2 apartment with 2 rooms , kitchen, bathroom and a small storing room. The apartment is in the ground floor. There is a balcony which can be accessed from both rooms. The rented room is facing west (14 m2). The room has a big window and a door to access the balcony.
The room is rented as unfurnished. The floorway in the apartment has closet which can be used. A Table and a chair can be arranged. If you prefer, you can take over the bed and the mattress from the previous tenant for a fee.

Es ist eine 72 m2 große Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern, Küche, Bad und einem kleinen Abstellraum. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Es gibt einen Balkon, der von beiden Zimmern aus zugänglich ist. Das gemietete Zimmer ist nach Westen ausgerichtet (14 m2). Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und eine Tür zum Balkon.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Der Flur in der Wohnung hat einen Kleiderschrank, der genutzt werden kann. . Ein Tisch und ein Stuhl können arrangiert werden. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie das Bett und die Matratze vom Vormieter gegen eine Gebühr übernehmen.

Near by Supermarket, Apotheke , Bakery, Resturant and Bus station is just 5 mins walk.
It is very quite.

I would like to atleast do some activites together once in a while as roommates but not a must. (It Can be anything - cooking, running, hiking or just chatting with beer).
Im learning german but still not very good. Therefore, English is my medium of communication.

Ich möchte zumindest einige Aktivitäten zusammen einmal in eine Weile als Mitbewohner zu tun, aber nicht ein Muss. (Es kann alles sein - kochen, laufen, wandern oder einfach nur plaudern mit Bier).
Im lernen Deutsch, aber immer noch nicht sehr gut. Daher ist Englisch mein Medium der Kommunikation.
