Suche ab sofort Mitstreiter die einen ehemaligen Bauernhof im Grünen in eine WG verwandeln wollen.
Das Haus ist mit Ausnahme eines Zimmers( Abstellraum, renoviere ich gerade) voll bewohnbar.
OG mit drei Schlafzimmern, eins davon mit Balkon, kleinem WC.
EG mit großem Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche, Arbeitszimmer, Bad und WC.
Keller mit Heizraum, Waschküche, Gewölbekeller und zwei Räumen.
Außen Garten, Stall, Werkstatt, halber Hektar Wiese undsoweiter, muss man am besten selbst sehen. Platz ist für fast alles reichlich vorhanden, ein Bulldog ebenfalls.
Wohne selbst schon im Haus, bin aber beruflich immer mal wieder unterwegs.
Bin 30, Ingenieur, handwerklich begabt, habe mehrere Jahre WG Erfahrung und bin für vieles zu begeistern. Koche gern, grill noch viel lieber und bin immer für n gutes Bier das ich noch nicht kenn zu haben.
