We are offering a fully equipped room in our family apartment for short or long term rent to a reliable student or professional who is willing to take good care for our home.
The apartment is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature, close to the KÄRNTEN THERME SPA and a huge Shopping Center named ATRIO. The city center Villach you can reach by bus or by a 10-15 minutes walk.
The apartment is devided into a big room where our family is living until the end of 2023 (24sqm) and a small room which we are currently using for visitors, students and professionals (12 sqm).
The big room, our family room, will be available from February 2024 onward as we will move into another apartment.
The small room, our guest room, will be available from November 2023 onward.
In general we are looking for students or professionals who are interested in a long term accomodation.
We have alread lived together with many students and it has always been a positive experience for all of us. That is why we decided to open our doors again to someone reliable, respectful and tidy and who of course likes children (our Mila is 2 years old :)!
Our plans: in 2024 we plan to move out and rent the entire apartment, as mentioned. Then you could decide btw the small and the big room and of course chose a second tenant for the other room if still available.
We are heating with wood. As you can see on the pictures the huge stove is covering the kitchen and the big room. For us as a family we love that kind of warmth. It is not comparable with gas or electric heating.
When we sit on the XXL couch in the kitchen we enjoy the sound the firing makes. Im sure you will love it too.
However our home is a simpel one and not luxury at all. If you are a person who can enjoy simplicity and who prefers having it clean and tidy in your home, you might be the right candidate for our home.
