The building is situated next to the central train and bus station (Hauptbahnhof).
The university ( FH Kärnten) is ~10 mins away by bus and ~15mins buy bike. The same applies to the office of Infineon.
A farmacy and and a supermarket are right outside the building.
The city center (Hauptplatz) is ~5 min away by foot, there you can find bars, cafes, drugstores and restaurants.


Das Gebäude liegt neben dem Hauptbahnhof.
Die Universität (FH Kärnten) ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Bus und ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Gleiches gilt für das Büro von Infineon.
Eine Apotheke und ein Supermarkt befinden sich direkt vor dem Gebäude.
Das Stadtzentrum (Hauptplatz) ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, dort findest du Bars, Cafés, Drogerien und Restaurants.

Flatshare Type

The flat share is really casual, there are certain rules but nothing outside the normal, like cleaning the kitchen, floors and bath. However, all these rules are agreed by whom is living currently in the flat, so you can also propose new or additional ones.
All residents of the apartment study and work part-time. Since everyone has a different daily routine, you usually meet in the shared rooms, so hanging out together is possible but not absolutely necessary.

Die WG ist sehr locker, es gibt bestimmte Regeln, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches, wie zum Beispiel die Reinigung der Küche, der Böden und des Badezimmers. Alle diese Regeln werden jedoch von denjenigen vereinbart die gerade in der Wohnung wohnen, sodass ihr auch neue oder ergänzende festlegen könnt.
Alle Bewohner der Wohnung studieren und arbeiten nebenbei. Da jeder einen anderen Tagesablauf hat trifft man meistens in den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen aufeinander, gemeinsames abhängen ist somit möglich aber nicht zwingend nötig.

Miscellaneous

The rent is actuall 318,25€ and includes electricity, gas, WiFi and all other costs. We have a roommate who takes care of all the payments, so you only have to transfer the rent to him at the beginning of the month.

Die Miete ist eigentlich 318,25€ und beinhaltet Strom, Gas, W-Lan und alle anderen Anfallenden Kosten. Wir haben einen Mitbewohner der sich um alle Zahlungen kümmert, somit musst du nur die Miete am Anfang des Monats an ihn überweisen.
Der Einzug ist nach Absprache sofort möglich.
