You will have your own room in a WG (shared flat) of 4 people. The room is bright and furnished. There is a 150€ one time fee for the furniture which I purchased from the previous tenant. It includes: a table, bed(pallet+mattress) cupboards, a lamp for extra light, a fan and a wardrobe. There is an extra mattress in the room in case you have a guest over and an extra pillow.
The kitchen and bathroom/ toilet are shared. Kitchen comes equipped with Dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster (all essentials basically) and of course cutlery like glasses, plates etc. The bathroom and toilet are separate so you don't have to worry about both being occupied. There is a washingmachine in the apartment.
The building is situated next to the central station (Hauptbahnhof) of Villach in the Bahnhofstraße. The university ( FH Kärnten) is ~10 mins away buy bus and ~15mins buy bike. The same applies to the office of Infineon.
