Die WG ist zentral in der Nähe der historischen Altstadt im Stadtteil Villingen ( nicht in Schwenningen das 10 km vom Stadteil Villingen entfernt ist). Die Villinger Altstadt hat viele gemütliche Kaffees, Bars und Kneipen, auch für Nachtschwärmer sind viele Bars und Kneipen vorhanden.
Auch vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt zu Fuß erreichbar, wie Bäcker, Aldi und Edeka.
Nicht weit weg ist auch zu Fuß ein Jogging und Fahradweg in die Natur und Wald zu erreichen.
Der Bahnhof für Züge und Busse ist nur 10 Gehminuten entlang der Brigach zu erreichen.
Man kann auch ohne Auto alles bequem erreichen.
Die WG ist besonders für solche, die es ruhiger mögen geeignet, wir sind keine Partytypen.
Es ist uns sehr wichtig, dass die Bewohner gut miteinander harmonieren und auch WG-Erfahrung haben. Wir wollen auch nur längerfristige Vermietung, drei Monatsvermietung kommt nicht in Frage.
