Ihr wohnt hier in einem schönen gemütlichen Zimmer mit Blick in Richtung Sonnenaufgang mit Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit Schreibtisch und Stuhl, großem Schrank und Bett, gerne auch mit TV wenn gewünscht. Das Zimmer kann auch teilmöbliert oder ohne Möbel gemietet werden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet.
Zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt in ca. 12 min. zu erreichen.
Mit dem Fahrrad geht das problemlos.
Die Bushaltestelle ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
Fahrrad und Pkw-Stellplätze befinden sich auf dem Grundstück.
Es ist eine sehr harmonische WG. Freitags wird obligatorisch gegrillt. Es wohnen einige musikalische Leute in der WG. (Gitarre mit kleinem Lagerfeuer) Im Winter wird auch oft zusammen gekocht oder auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt gefeiert oder auch gearbeitet.....Da gibt es immer Ferienjobs
Die Küche steht mit allem drum und dran, im schön renovierten Altbau zur Verfügung.
WLAN-Flat wird gestellt, Kabel-TV und Tel.-Flat für Deutschland sind inklusive.
Im Keller gibt es auch zwei Waschmaschinen und einen Trockenraum mit Trockner.
Der große Garten mit Grillstelle und Bar ist zur Mitbenutzung.
